Nathan struggles to shield himself and those he loves from the Eye Collector, who grants mortals what they most desire in exchange for their eyes, which he collects to fuel his dark magic. The book’s artwork reflects this dark, chaotic, surreal war for control of perspectives on reality.
“If you are a fan of outside the box thinking and storytelling you NEED to get a copy of this book. If you simply enjoy intense and interesting storytelling you NEED to get this book. Love comics in general then you NEED to pick up a copy of this book.” Steven Leitman - Vocal Media : Geeks
“The comic’s artwork is symbolic of this dark, surreal war for the control of reality. At turns touching and terrifying, with shades of Dave McKean and David Lynch, The Eye Collector will invade your nightmares and dissect your dreams.” -David Brooke - AIPT Comics

“A bizarre, surreal trip into a child’s mind.” —Silvia Moreno-Garcia, New York Times bestselling author of Mexican Gothic
“The Eye Collector is the exquisite and elemental territory somewhere below surface and somewhere above depth. It is insufficient to merely explain these pages, or even say you’ve read them. The correct reaction, I think, is to drool.” —Tony Burgess, writer of Pontypool
The Eye Collector tells a horror story centred on a young protagonist, Nathan, who struggles to shield those he loves from a mythic amalgam of the Sandman and Man in the Moon. Equal parts god and parasite, the Eye Collector grants mortals what they most desire, in their secret hearts, in exchange for their eyes, which fuel his dark magic.
The comic’s artwork reflects this dark, chaotic, surreal war for control of perspectives on reality. At turns touching and terrifying, with shades of Dave McKean and David Lynch, The Eye Collector will invade your nightmares and dissect your dreams. Co-created by writer-illustrator GMB Chomichuk (Apocrypha: The Legend of Babymetal, The Automatic Age, Midnight City) and writer Jonathan Ball (Clockfire, The Lightning of Possible Storms), with letters by Lyndon Radchenka (Infinite Universe, What Will Not Last).

THE
AUTOMATIC AGE
Written and Illustrated by GMB Chomichuk
The future was supposed to be a mechanical utopia of automats, self-driving cars, food pills, and nostalgia machines, designed to create maximum comfort and efficiency for its human inhabitants. But this automated paradise has turned into a world where robot search teams find and remove the troublesome humans that clutter it with grim efficiency.
Now Kerion and his young son, Barry, are two of the few people left behind. They must find a way not only to survive, but to reclaim their humanity.
“Desperate, suspenseful action in a nightmarish scenario.” — Kirkus Reviews
“Chomichuk has developed a fascinating, complex setting . . . And he uses it to explore timely themes of automation, scarcity economics, and robot ethics, while also showcasing his formidable imagination.” — Quill & Quire
“A gripping, action-packed page turner about a father and son trying to survive their post-apocalyptic world. I couldn’t put it down.” — Kristen Ciccarelli, internationally bestselling author of The Last Namsara
Shortlisted for the 2021 Manuela Dias Book Illustration Award
BACKBONE of NIGHT
Written and Illustrated by GMB Chomichuk
In the Automatic Age, the autovolts have swept the earth clean of most of its human inhabitants. Kerion and Barry are of the few survivors, mistaken as robots in the first purge because of Kerion’s prosthetics. Kerion fears that his son will grow up a lonely anomaly on an earth free of people. The discovery of a group of intentionalized fanatics may be the hope they need to reconnect with the human experience. But is it better risk dangerous isolation or stay with a group of religious zealots?
The truth will send them on the run in a fight for survival beneath the sea of stars to the tower known as the BACKBONE OF NIGHT.

UNDERWORLD
Lovern Kindzierski GMB Chomichuk
Hector Ashton staggers out of the St. Boniface Hospital psych ward and falls into the Red river. In his delusional state he thinks that he is Odysseys and has been swept into the river Styx. By the time Hector manages to struggle out of the river, he has washed up in the club district of Winnipeg and believes he is now deep in the Underworld. Hector will have to face the trials that Odysseus himself faced on his journey as he makes his way back to sanity, his home and family.
“This is some of Chomicuk’s most refined and polished work. His method of embellishing staged photographs and constructing what are essentially page-sized collages is infused with an elegant underlying framework that keeps the story driving forward through Hector’s many delusional asides. Even when things are at their trippiest, Chomichuk’s deft layouts keep the story in motion.”
“In a book that challenges the established perceptions of the traditional graphic novel, this insightful retelling of the Odyssey also pushes us to explore the origins of our most treasured tales and re-examine how we want our own stories to be remembered.” Jason Wilkens, Broken Frontier
WILL I SEE?
Winner of the 2017 Manuela Dias Book Design and Illustration Award: Graphic Novel Category.
By David A. Robertson, GMB Chomichuk, iskwe, and Erin Leslie
May, a young teenage girl, traverses the city streets, finding keepsakes in different places along her journey. When May and her kookum make these keepsakes into a necklace, it opens a world of danger and fantasy. While May fights against a terrible reality, she learns that there is strength in the spirit of those that have passed. But will that strength be able to save her? A story of tragedy and beauty, Will I See illuminates the issue of missing and murdered Indigenous women.
“Will I See is a powerful, evocative story that is amplified by visually stunning graphics. Through the eyes and actions of a teenage girl who resides with her Nokomis in a large city, the graphic novel speaks to the epidemic of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls in Canada.” Karl Hele Anishenabeknew.ca
CLOCKwork lIVES
In Clockwork Angels, #1 bestselling author Kevin J. Anderson and legendary Rush drummer and lyricist Neil Peart created a fabulous, adventurous steampunk world in a novel to accompany the smash Rush concept album of the same name. It was a world of airships and alchemy, clockwork carnivals, pirates, lost cities, a rigid Watchmaker who controlled every aspect of life, and his nemesis, the ruthless and violent Anarchist who wanted to destroy it all.
Anderson and Peart have returned to their colourful creation to explore the places and the characters that still have a hold on their imagination. Marinda Peake is a woman with a quiet, perfect life in a small village; she long ago gave up on her dreams and ambitions to take care of her ailing father, an alchemist and an inventor. When he dies, he gives Marinda a mysterious inheritance: a blank book that she must fill with other people’s stories ― and ultimately her own.
“The art (Benjamin Rboly, GMB Chomichuk, Juan Vegas, Moy R., Tom Hodges, Tony Perna, Vic Malhotra) here is gorgeous with a true steampunk sensibility.” Comics Grinder

SOVEREIGN TRACES vol1
By merging works of contemporary North American Indigenous literature with imaginative illustrations by U.S. and Canadian artists, Sovereign Traces: Not (Just) (An)Other provides a unique opportunity for audiences to engage with works by prominent authors such as Stephen Graham Jones, Gordon Henry Jr., Gerald Vizenor, Warren Cariou, Niigaanwewidam James Sinclair, Louise Erdrich, Joy Harjo, Richard Van Camp, and Gwen Westerman and GMB Chomichuk
“Ice Tricksters” examines the concept of the Trickster in Native American lore and how it may be the personification of how things just never turn out perfect. Three guys take to a secret ice cave to create a trickster ice sculpture but have consistent burps to their intent and processes. It’s a soulful story of how mythology and life intersect in subtle ways, with GMB Chomichuk’s elegant and mysterious art adding dimensions to Gerald Vizenor’s friendly words. “ - Comics Beat
INFINITUM
“With enough time, you can fix anything.”
The Infinitum are a future society of people and aliens displaced to our past. Special Investigator Nine works in The Paradox Bureau, an agency that polices the temporal diaspora and prevents crimes before they happen. To save his future and solve the crime, Nine risks changing the one moment that gave his life purpose. Nine must decide if love is a force of nature or a force of habit.
“Set against the atmospheric backdrop of Midnight City, where a time-displaced diaspora seeks refuge from a temporal war waged in multiple futures, Infinitum is at its heart also a romance story for the ages.
He clearly views the medium through a much wider lens than most fans and creators. But he doesn’t push the boundaries of the graphic narrative simply to be shocking or different. There’s a deep and abiding respect for the medium informing his work, evident in his fluid transitions and sense of pacing.” Broken Frontier
MIDNIGHT CITY
Written and Illustrated by GMB Chomichuk
It was a golden age for the heroes of Midnight City. Since the end of the war, people have looked to them to maintain order and restore the public trust. The Midnight Society patrols the streets of the world’s largest metropolis. People of all walks aspired to join the ranks of the mysterious protectors of decency and truth.
The red phone has rung at last for The Risk, an eager new mystery man, but on his first assignment for the society his partner and mentor is found murdered. An eldritch cult has burrowed into the heart of Midnight City and is killing its heroic protectors.
Golden Age vigilantes face off against Lovecraftian terrors in this horror noir that blurs the line between heroes and the monsters inside them.
“From an awkward, bombastic adolescence, Chomichuk ushers the mystery man into an adulthood that as horrifying as it may seem, refuses to cast off its overwhelming sense of wonder.”
-Broken Frontier
WHAT WILL NOT LAST
Lyndon Radchenka, Steven Kaul, Zach Schuster, Christopher Smith, GMB Chomichuk
One author, four artists, and an exploratory anthology that challenges the concepts of letting go and hope for the future. In this graphic novel, What Will Not Last, readers are pulled into four unique narratives that defy expectations.
Will a father let his son be sacrificed for the good of his people? Is a spandex suit and the love of Citiesville’s people enough to make Hero-Man a real hero? Do nightmares come alive? Will a space exploration team find what they’re looking for?
Fantasy, superhero, horror, and science fiction genres are represented in this stunning culmination of Canadian talent that asks more questions than it answers and leaves you wanting more.

RED EARTH
Winner of the Winnipeg Theatre Award for Outstanding Design 2019
“It's a bold theatrical experiment that mashes up illustration, animation, video projection and live performance to essentially bring a graphic novel to life on stage — and a rare example of science fiction (mostly) working as live performance.
The artistic endeavour goes beyond the stage, too.
Co-created by One Trunk's Andraea Sartison (who directs the stage production) and award-winning graphic novelist GMB Chomichuk, Red Earth is both a play (Theatre Projects Manitoba is presenting the One Trunk production, in collaboration with Prairie Theatre Exchange) and a companion graphic novel (theatregoers will get a free copy with their ticket).
Like the best sci-fi, Red Earth — which is scripted by Governor General's Award-nominated Winnipeg playwright Rick Chafe and Kristian Jordan — tackles big questions. It reflects as much on our present as our future, and asks how we live (or don't) here on Earth, how we value a life, and what we want our planet — whether Earth or Mars — to look like.”
